« The Human Resource teams are structured around a number of activities focusing on recruitment, training and well-being in the workplace. Organised into business areas, they take an active part in managing the daily lives of the staff at the respective sites. It's an enormous undertaking to motivate the human capital in a business that incorporates a great many trades of different types! Because their missions vary so widely, they need a combination of job-related technical knowledge, team-working, interpersonal skills, administrative discipline, etc. So many facets that make the work of the HR team so fascinating.

For a few years now, especially since the HR Development Directorate was established, the Laïta teams have been sharing ideas, energy and resources across the different business areas to introduce new projects and bring greater impetus to recruitment and developing the skills of employees. »
