Emmanuelle
Head of Industrial Activities, Yffiniac
Following a rich and varied career in the agri-food sector, Emmanuelle joined Laïta in June 2018 as Head of the Cheese Facility in Lanfains. In 2026 she moved to Yffiniac as Head of Industrial Activities.
A multi-faceted career
Originally from Côtes-d’Armor, Emmanuelle moved to Chartres then Bourges before returning to Brittany as Prevention Manager. She then worked in a series of management posts in production facilities.
A people and performance-focused job
Her present role is to ensure the production workshops run smoothly, which involves administrative management, budget and investment preparation, project management and continuous improvement. She also oversees skills development within her teams and works closely with other Laïta departments.
There’s nothing more rewarding than contributing to the performance of the workshop and helping the staff develop their skills.
